This comprehensive consultation addresses all of the action items required to get a seller's property ready for the market. We provide a written report that outlines our room-by-room recommendations that a seller would need to stage their property on their own.

Consultation + staging

Following a thorough consultation, the seller would complete identified action items in order to pave the way for the stager's return. Stage to Sell then works their magic staging the home using the seller's furniture and possessions. A fantastic option for those on a deadline or the less-than-motivated!

Vacant staging

Showing a vacant home makes the property feel cold, uninviting and small because there is no frame of reference. Buyers become confused when rooms are not clearly defined, making them unable to emotionally connect with a home.

Stage to Sell transforms otherwise vacant space into welcoming vignettes that entice potential buyers. We assess the property, plan the vignettes, deliver and set up furnishings and accessories, and dismantle when sold.
