Consultation

Let us be the "bad guy" to. During this meeting we'll discuss the arrangement of furniture, art, and decor, as well as other ways to showcase the home in its best light. Afterward, we email a detailed punch list that outlines our room-by-room recommendations for the seller to accomplish.

Consultation + staging

Following a thorough consultation, the seller would be charged with completing certain larger tasks, paving the way for the stager's return. Stage to Sell then works their magic, moving the seller's smaller furniture, art, and decor. A fantastic option for those on a deadline or the less-than-motivated!
