During this meeting we'll discuss the arrangement of furniture, art, and decor, as well as other ways to showcase the home in its best light. Afterward, we email a detailed punch list that outlines our room-by-room recommendations for you to accomplish. A good choice for the DIY-savvy.

Consultation + staging

Following a thorough consultation, you would be charged with completing certain larger tasks, paving the way for the stager's return. Stage to Sell then works their magic, moving the seller's smaller furniture, art, and decor. We can also shop for any supplemental items needed to accessorize your space. A fantastic option for those on a deadline!

Vacant staging

Showing a vacant home makes the property feel cold, uninviting and small because there is no context. Buyers can become confused when rooms are not clearly defined, making them unable to emotionally connect with a home.
