Home Staging Service
Our home staging service is a three step process that requires a team effort from the Accredited Staging Professional™ (ASP) and the homeowner.

• Step One. Consultation - After an initial walkthrough and follow-up visit, the ASP advises the homeowner what needs to be done. A written report and photo review of the property are provided.
• Step Two. Property Improvements - The homeowner completes improvements such as painting, packing, cleaning, etc. as agreed upon during the consultation.
• Step Three. Editing and Staging - Once the homeowner completes their tasks, the ASP returns to finalize furniture placement and accessories.

The "ASP" can be retained for Step One only or can be a participant in all three steps.

Downsizing service
Stage to Sell can facilitate the downsizing process and help determine what possessions to relocate, donate or discard. We will customize a plan that works best for you.

Apartment rental property virtual tours/photo shoots
Stage to Sell worked extensively with a major property owner to prepare model apartments, pools and club houses for virtual tours and still photography. Through staging, we fashioned a welcoming ambiance for the camera's eye. This assignment was completed in Virginia, South Carolina and Maryland. We can provide comparable services to other rental property owners.

Builders' Service
Stage to Sell creates strategically placed vignettes in new construction so prospective buyers can picture themselves making your house their home. We will work collaboratively with you to resourcefully enhance the most prominent selling features of your construction.
