Consultation
A Consultation is a comprehensive review based on staging elements such as de-personalizing, de-cluttering, neutralizing, maximizing room size and highlighting architectural features. We re-cap our room by room recommendations; you do the work.
Consultation with Staging
Aside from the consultation, the homeowner completes identified action items in order to pave the way for the stager's return. The property will then be "staged" with the homeowners furniture and accessories so that it appeals to the greatest number of potential buyers.
STAGING A VACANT PROPERTY FOR SALE
Stage to Sell creates welcoming "vignettes" that entice potential buyers to dwell in an otherwise vacant space. We assess the property, plan the vignettes, deliver/set-up the furnishings and dismantle when sold.
