Afterward, we email a detailed punch list that outlines our room-by-room recommendations for you to accomplish. A good choice for the DIY-savvy.

Moving into a new place nearby? We can help you figure out which pieces would work best in your new space, and once you're there, advise how you should arrange your furniture so it creates a welcoming atmosphere.

Floor Plans

Not sure what will fit in your new (often smaller) space? We can build a virtual floor plan including your furniture to show you exactly what will fit and where. See it in 3-D!

Consultation + staging

Have a tight deadline or want a more hands-on approach? Not a problem. Following a thorough consultation, we can help problem-solve the divesting process. Stage to Sell then works their magic staging the property using your furniture and possessions to get it market-ready.

Once you've moved, we can also arrange your furniture in your new place and shop for any additional items you need, tailoring your new space to you so it feels like home.
